Description
Isaiah 53, written approximately 700 years before Christ walked the earth.
5 But he was pierced for our rebellion,
crushed for our sins.
He was beaten so we could be whole.
He was whipped so we could be healed.
6 All of us, like sheep, have strayed away.
We have left God’s paths to follow our own.
Yet the Lord laid on him
the sins of us all.
John 3:16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.

Artist Statement
Inspired by art of the Renaissance and the love of Christ- my project ‘Divinity’ aspires to catch a glimpse into the kingdom of heaven. Redeemed souls soaring through the clouds, angels on a mission to save the lost, and a humble/symbolic attempt of Christ in all of His glory. Allow these images to transport you into the realm of the spirit and remind you of the reality of this unseen world.
